What this is
One floor, set up for work
Coworking Space is a shared working floor in Rawalpindi — dedicated desks, private rooms for teams, and a business address you can register a company at. It sits on the second floor of Meridian Software Technology Park, on Murree Road in Rehmanabad.
The idea is deliberately narrow. Somewhere to sit that is actually set up for working: internet fast enough to do your job on, power that stays on when the electricity doesn’t, a pantry with tea and coffee, and a door you can close when the team needs one.
And it is close enough to the middle of Rawalpindi that getting there is not the hard part of your day — directly opposite Commercial Market, with Rehmanabad Metro Station outside the building.

The floor is run by UCAIST PRIVATE LIMITED — UCAIST, short for Unified Center for AI and Software Technology. It is a Pakistani software and AI engineering company, and this is its own address: the coworking floor and the company are at Office SF-9.
It was started to be one engineering team for work that businesses were otherwise splitting across three or four separate vendors.
In its own words: “We design, build, and secure software across web, mobile, AI, blockchain, and cloud — for businesses in Pakistan and beyond.”
That is the short version of why this floor exists and why it is set up the way it is. If you want to know something about the space that isn’t on this site, ask — we would rather answer the question than have you find out on the day you move in.
