Who runs this site

coworkingspace.pk is operated by UCAIST PRIVATE LIMITED, at Office No SF-9, Second Floor, Meridian Software Technology Park, Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. Using the site means you accept what is on this page.

Nothing here is a contract

This site describes a workspace and what it costs. It is information, not an offer that can be accepted by clicking something — there is nothing on this site to sign up for, and no way to book or pay through it. Any agreement for a desk, a private room or a virtual business address is made directly with us, in person or over WhatsApp, email or the phone, and the terms of that agreement are what govern it.

Prices

The prices shown are the current monthly rates and we keep them accurate. They can change, and a price on this page does not commit either of us until we have agreed something between us.

Per-day figures are worked out on a 30-day month, for comparison only — plans are billed monthly.

The virtual business address is quoted per enquiry rather than listed, because what it costs depends on how much mail you expect and for how long.

What we describe

We have tried hard to describe the space as it actually is, including the photographs, which are of this floor and are not stock imagery or renders. If anything on this site turns out to be wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct it. Come and look at the space before you commit to it — that is what a tour is for.

Other people’s sites

This site links to and embeds a few things we do not control — a Google Maps frame, WhatsApp, and the site of ucaist.com. Those are governed by their own terms, not ours.
