What this site does with your data

The short version: no accounts, nothing you type is stored, and the only tracking is Google Analytics counting visits. The longer version — including how to refuse it — is below.

Who this covers

This policy covers the website at coworkingspace.pk, which is operated by UCAIST PRIVATE LIMITED from Office No SF-9, Second Floor, Meridian Software Technology Park, Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

What this website collects

There are no accounts and no logins, we do not sell or share anything about you, and the site works with JavaScript switched off — in which case nothing below happens at all.

The enquiry form on the contact page is not a form in the usual sense. Nothing you type into it is sent to us or stored anywhere when you type it — it only assembles the text into a WhatsApp or email message that you then choose to send. If you close the page without sending, that text is gone.

What we receive when you contact us

When you message us on WhatsApp, call the number on this site or email us, we receive whatever that channel passes on — typically your phone number or email address, and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and to arrange a tour or a desk. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Google Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read, so we know whether the site is doing its job. It tells us things like how many people came, roughly which city they came from, which pages they looked at and on what kind of device. It does not tell us who you are, and we never try to work that out.

Doing this sets cookies in your browser — _ga and a _ga_ cookie for this site, which last up to two years and exist to tell a returning visit apart from a new one. Google’s own privacy policy covers what it does with the data. Google Analytics 4 does not record your full IP address.

If you would rather not be counted, any of these works: block cookies for this site in your browser, use private browsing, turn on your browser’s tracking protection, or install Google’s opt-out add-on. Nothing on this site stops working if you do — analytics is not load bearing.

Other services this site relies on

  • Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and reliability. That is Vercel’s processing, not ours, and we do not read those logs to identify anyone.
  • The map. The contact and home pages embed a Google Maps frame. Loading it means your browser contacts Google, and Google’s own privacy policy applies to that. The frame is loaded lazily, so it only happens if you scroll to it.
  • WhatsApp, phone and email. If you use one of these to reach us, that provider handles the message under its own terms.

Your choices

Because we hold nothing beyond the conversations you start, the simplest way to have us delete what we hold about you is to ask in that conversation. Write to us at info@coworkingspace.pk and we will remove your enquiry from our records.

Changes

If we add anything that changes this — a contact form that stores what you send, for example — we will update this page and change the date at the top before switching it on. That is not a formality: an earlier version of this page said the site had no analytics, and it was rewritten the day that stopped being true.

Questions about any of this?

Message us and ask. We would rather answer than have you guess.
