The space & the location
- Where exactly is the space?
- Office No SF-9, Second Floor, Meridian Software Technology Park, Rehmanabad, Murree Road, Rawalpindi — directly opposite Commercial Market, with Rehmanabad Metro Station right outside.
- What landmark is it near?
- Commercial Market is directly across the road, and Rehmanabad Metro Station is right outside the building — so it is easy to describe to a client and easy to reach without a car.
- How do I get there on the metro?
- Get off at Rehmanabad Metro Station on Murree Road. The building, Meridian Software Technology Park, is right there — we are on the second floor, office SF-9.
- What is actually on the floor?
- A shared floor of dedicated desks, private rooms for teams, and a pantry. Every plan includes high-speed WiFi, tea and coffee, and UPS-backed power.
Plans & pricing
- How much does a desk cost?
- A dedicated desk for an individual or freelancer is PKR 8,000 per month. Companies pay PKR 7,000 per person per month.
- Why do companies pay less per person?
- Company plans are priced per seat across the team, so the rate comes down to PKR 7,000 per person per month instead of the PKR 8,000 individual rate. The more seats you take, the better the per-person value.
- What comes with a desk?
- Your desk, high-speed WiFi, tea, coffee and pantry access, and UPS-backed power.
- Is there a per-day rate?
- The per-day figures on this site are the monthly price spread over a 30-day month, shown so you can compare. Plans are billed monthly.
- Do you have private rooms for teams?
- Yes. Companies can take private rooms inside the space, sized to the team. Tell us your headcount and we'll suggest a fit.
- Which plan should I pick?
- If it is just you, take an individual desk. If you have a team, ask about a company plan and a private room. If you only need the address and your mail handled, the virtual office covers it. Tell us what you're doing and we'll point you at the right one.
Virtual office & business address
- Can I register my business at this address?
- Yes — our virtual office plan gives you the Murree Road business address plus mail handling. Pricing depends on what you need, so get in touch for a quote.
- What does the virtual office include?
- The business address at our Murree Road office, and we receive and hold your mail and packages until you come and collect them.
- How much is the virtual office?
- It depends on how much mail you expect and how long you need it for, so we quote it rather than list one figure. Message us and we'll give you a number.
Visiting & getting started
- Is there parking?
- Motorbike parking is available in the building's basement. For cars there is street parking on and around Murree Road — we do not have a dedicated car park of our own.
- What are your opening hours?
- The space is open Monday to Saturday, 9am – midnight (closed Sunday).
- How do I visit or get started?
- Book a tour or message us on WhatsApp, and we'll arrange a time to show you the space.
- Can I see the space before I decide?
- Yes — that is what a tour is for. Come and look at the floor, the desks and the rooms, and then decide.
- What is the fastest way to reach you?
- WhatsApp. Send us a message with what you need — a desk, a room for a team, or a business address — and we'll take it from there.
